Edinburgh New build luxury student accommodation scheme where Olympian were awarded the smoke ventilation package by the M&E contractor. We provided a mechanical smoke shaft covering 5 levels with temp stats for corridor over heating. In addition the top floor level featured 1.5m2 natural ventilation above corridor and the 2no associated stairwells were naturally vented with 1.0m2 polycarbonate roof mounted vents.
