Refurbishment of existing commercial building converted to apartments and 3no new build apartment blocks on a podium with a large semi enclosed car park below. Engaged by the M & E contractor Olympian provided design, installation, commission and handover of the following systems. Landlords area fire alarm systems to common areas within 4no blocks and a below podium car park. -Four panels on a fault tolerant network A mix of natural and mechanical AOV systems to lobbies, corridors and stairwells and a mechanical system featuring 10no fans within the car park with Carbon Monoxide monitoring. Positive Pressure Vents (PPV's) to stairwells from car park level.
